Job Title: Remote Village Operations Manager

Effective leadership and management are essential for delivering exceptional services to clients and guests in a remote village setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of utilities, chef teams, and other services to meet client expectations.

  • Conduct pre-start meetings to foster a safe work culture and promote team motivation.

  • Implement strategies to enhance operational performance, safety, and cost control.

  • Manage full village operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, and catering services.

  • Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.

  • Approved manager's license is required.

  • Proficiency in INX software is essential.

  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Office applications are necessary.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or remote mining village management is preferred.

  • Ability to pass medical and drug and alcohol screenings is crucial.

  • National police clearance or willingness to obtain one is essential.

  • Senior first aid certification is desirable.
