We deliver remote village management services to mining companies in Western Australia. Our teams bring villages to life with friendly customer service and outstanding catering.

This role involves leading and inspiring a team of Utilities and Chefs, ensuring delivery of exceptional services to clients and guests.

This position operates on an 8/6 roster and requires a seasoned leader with a passion for teamwork and a hands-on leadership approach.

The Role

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations and maintaining high service standards. You will receive continuous support from senior management and report directly to the Area Manager.

Duties include:

  • Creating a safe work culture through daily pre-start team meetings
  • Managing full Village Operations including Cleaning, Housekeeping, and Catering services according to client expectations
  • Ensuring consistent operational performance while maintaining safety standards
  • Cost control and stock management
  • Rostering staff and approving timesheets

Required Skills and Qualifications

You need to have 2 years of previous village supervisory or management experience, including overseeing multiple village operations. Key attributes include:
