The Opportunity

We seek a motivated Driver Pay and Client Invoicing Lead to execute day-to-day processes related to driver pay and client invoicing. This role will be responsible for processing transactions through the Hubb Transport Management System and Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the DP Pay and Client Invoicing Manager and Finance Team to improve processes, reduce errors, and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute weekly and daily tasks to facilitate accurate and timely processing of Driver Pay and Client Invoicing.
  • Supervise the DP Pay and Client Invoice team to ensure timely completion of work, including closing out driver pay queries, and re-allocating tasks as needed.
  • Monitor, respond, and resolve driver pay queries in a timely manner, conducting root cause analysis to reduce queries and improve accuracy.
  • Process client credits, analyzing root causes to minimize errors and enhance accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Operations and Finance, to identify and resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • At least 3 years' experience in finance or operational roles with similar responsibilities
  • Previous supervisory experience, including training and coaching others, preferred
  • Experience with the Hubb Transport Management System, although not essential
  • Detailed orientation, high attention to detail, and accuracy-focused mindset
  • Analytical ability to identify patterns and root causes
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, meet deadlines, and maintain quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to contribute beyond direct responsibilities
