The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Driver Pay and Client Invoicing Lead to drive day-to-day processes related to driver pay and client invoicing. This role will be responsible for processing transactions in the Hubb Transport Management System and Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This position reports to the DP Pay and Client Invoicing Manager and forms part of the Finance and Corporate Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Accurate Processing: Perform weekly and daily tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of driver pay and client invoicing.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise the DP Pay and Client Invoice team as needed, re-allocating work to ensure timely completion and maintaining high accuracy standards.
  • Query Resolution: Monitor, respond to, and resolve driver pay queries in a timely manner, including root cause analysis to reduce queries and improve accuracy.
  • Client Credit Processing: Process client credits, conducting root cause analysis to reduce credits and improve accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Challenge current ways of working to improve processes, reduce opportunities for error, and propose solutions to enhance resulting accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as Operations and Finance, to understand root causes and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Excel Skills
  • Minimum 3 Years' Experience in finance or operational roles with similar responsibilities or capabilities.
  • Previous Supervisory Experience (including training and coaching) is preferred.
  • Hubb Transport Management System Experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Detail-Oriented, high attention to detail, and accuracy-focused mindset.
  • Analytical Mindset with the ability to identify patterns and root causes.
  • Multiple Task Management skills, solving problems, managing deadlines, and maintaining high-quality work.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving and process improvement attitude.
  • Flexibility and Willingness to contribute to areas outside direct responsibility.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $85,000-$110,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
