Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this role is AU$85,000 - AU$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, we offer a generous remuneration package, including salary packaging benefits.
Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity exists for an experienced system administrator to join our dynamic WHS team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Anglicare's safety management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting the implementation of safety programs.
You will provide technical expertise in safety data management and analysis, creating meaningful reports and dashboards to identify areas for improvement. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues will be valuable assets in this role.
Key Requirements- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety principles and practices.
- Proficiency in database management, software troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Ability to analyse data from the safety system to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Experience in managing projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
- Skills in training staff on how to use the safety system effectively and providing ongoing support.
