We are seeking an experienced Market Development Manager to join our high-performing Diabetes business in Sydney. As a key member of our Asia Pacific Diabetes Operating Unit, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive market growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with regional leadership to develop and execute marketing plans and annual operating plans.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships and initiatives.
  • Develop and manage strategic engagement and development programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Perform economic analyses to determine market feasibility and potential.
  • Develop business models and market trend analysis to inform long-term business strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify and implement business development projects.
  • Work with marketing teams and customers across the Asia Pacific region to identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of five years experience in healthcare, with experience working in multiple countries within the APAC region
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and identifying opportunities for growth
