Chief Project Coordinator

The ICT Project Officer will support the Enterprise Program Management Office by enhancing its project management capability.
- Coordinate project planning, developing work breakdown structures from contract and team input, creating cohesive schedules, and ensuring their ongoing integrity.
- Track project performance against baseline metrics, monitor schedule trends and variances, and prepare concise performance reports for supervisors.
- Collaborate with the Program Controller to manage project meetings, minutes, and action items.
- Assist in administering the master schedule, develop and maintain a suite of project management tools and templates, and contribute to projects to achieve organisational operational objectives.
To succeed in this role, you'll possess a strong analytical foundation, adept at using risk models such as RAID logs and @Risk Monte Carlo simulations and applying earned value management techniques to track planned and actual performance through cost and schedule indicators.
About Your Skills- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and skilled in project management tools like MS Project and Planner.
- Familiar with data and digital ICT products including MS Dynamics and Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
