Your responsibilities will span diary and travel coordination, expense management, project assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Sport and Athletes division.
This is a pivotal position requiring discretion, agility, and a proactive mindset.
Given the ever-evolving nature of working on an Olympic event, your priorities will shift, and you must be comfortable managing changing and competing demands while supporting the broader team.Key Responsibilities Manage the Chief Sport Officer's complex diary, including meetings, appointments, and travel Coordinate travel and accommodation, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reconciliations Oversee inbox and document management, ensuring timely communication and filing accuracy Provide logistical support for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions Support financial processing and administrative reporting Contribute to continuous process improvements across the division Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Provide general office and facilities support where required Experience And Skills Required Experience supporting a Chief Executive or comparable senior executive is highly desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Teams) Alignment with Brisbane 2032's core values: Ambitious, Inclusive, Collaborative, and Agile For a confidential discussion about this role, please contact Ebony Wall directly at or via Linked In at linkedin.com/in/ebonywall.
