Project Coordinator Role

This critical position is key to the success of a national, multidisciplinary study. Co-designed with women who have experienced menopausal symptoms, it aims to improve health outcomes for this demographic.

The successful candidate will possess experience in coordinating large-scale projects, stakeholder engagement, and research data collection methods, along with a proactive approach to team leadership and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with multiple Chief Investigators and partners, ensuring collaboration and alignment with project objectives across academic, clinical, industry, and consumer groups.
  • Lead the co-design and refinement of high-quality surveys and research instruments, guaranteeing cultural sensitivity, clarity, and methodological rigour.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of robust data collection processes, ensuring consistency, privacy compliance, and high-quality data across multiple sites and methods.
  • Design and manage a national recruitment strategy that embodies diversity and inclusion principles, focusing on engaging women from varied backgrounds and experiences.
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the national research project, ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and all activities are delivered to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
