Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Support: Provide personalized guidance and support to clients in achieving their employment goals
  2. Business Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and promote our services
  3. Training and Coaching: Deliver job-seeking training modules and provide career coaching to support clients in securing new employment
Requirements:
  • 1 year's experience in a similar role or recruitment background assisting individuals with barriers to secure employment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail skills
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
