Occupational Rehabilitation Role

We are seeking highly skilled professionals with a background in psychology or rehabilitation counselling to join our team. As a rehabilitation consultant, you will work closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Case management and coordination of services;
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes;
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals;
  • Assisting clients in achieving return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes;

Requirements for this role include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, health sciences, or rehabilitation counselling;
  • General or provisional registration with AHPRA as a psychologist or eligibility for associate or full membership with ASORC;
  • Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation would be highly regarded;
  • Fabulous communication skills, compassion, kindness, empathy, and time management skills;
  • A current NSW driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
