- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations, including staff, inventory, and food safety.
- Lead and develop a team of dedicated chefs, fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to evolve and elevate our culinary offerings.
- Maintain exceptional standards of flavour, quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Requirements:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
- Food Safety Supervisor Certification (Essential).
- Minimum 4–5 years' experience in a Sous Chef or Head Chef role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with Asian Hawker-style cuisine (Highly desirable).
- Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, positive, and reliable attitude.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
