Job Summary

The position of Culinary Director involves leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional results and exceed guest expectations.

About the Role
  • Lead a culinary team to design and cost seasonal and custom event menus aligned with dietary needs and guest expectations.
  • Oversight of catering for large-scale events, including weddings and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations to ensure premium standards across presentation, quality, and service delivery.
  • Maintain high levels of food safety and compliance protocols.
  • Foster a positive kitchen culture through training, mentorship, and consistency.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential)
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Essential)
  • Valid Driver's Licence (Essential)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
