Job Description

A dynamic and ambitious Chef de Partie is required to join our esteemed culinary team at the Golf Club, located on picturesque Dent Island. The successful candidate will have a passion for refined cuisine, strong technical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and high standards.
  • Contribute to daily service, menu planning, and training junior team members.
  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards expected of the Golf Club's restaurant.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within your section.
  • Assist with menu development, prep, and event catering.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar senior kitchen role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Valid Australian working rights (at least 6 months).
  • A collaborative attitude and commitment to team success.
  • Open Australian driver licence (manual essential for some roles).
