Director of Student Wellbeing

The role of Director of Student Wellbeing is pivotal in ensuring the overall wellbeing of students from Early Learning through to Year 12. This position requires a leader who can foster a cohesive and whole-school approach to wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for student wellbeing
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote resilience and positive mental health outcomes
  • Convene the E–12 Pastoral Care Committee to ensure consistency in pastoral practices and equitable access to support services

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership or senior management role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful wellbeing initiatives
