Director of Student Wellbeing
The role of Director of Student Wellbeing is pivotal in ensuring the overall wellbeing of students from Early Learning through to Year 12. This position requires a leader who can foster a cohesive and whole-school approach to wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for student wellbeing
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote resilience and positive mental health outcomes
Convene the E–12 Pastoral Care Committee to ensure consistency in pastoral practices and equitable access to support services
Requirements:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership or senior management role
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful wellbeing initiatives
