
HR Support Specialist

Seeking an HR administrator with strong organizational and communication skills to join our team. The role is for a fast learning and immediately available individual to provide administration support to the HR/recruitment team.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees, collating all personnel documentation
- Updating and maintaining employee records
- Maintenance of all training records, qualifications and licenses on internal database
- Maintain accurate recording of data in relation to employee records and licences
- Supporting and assisting with payroll functions
- Potential to include some basic recruitment admin functions - Reference checks, internal admin support, inductions, and compliance for onboarding
Requirements include:
- Minimum 6 months experience in an administration or HR Admin role
- Experience using systems like GreenTree will be highly beneficial
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly and develop skills - will be required to learn to navigate in-house systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive and organised
