As a key member of our Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Garvan brand and support our fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Custodian
    • Act as the custodian of the Garvan brand, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
    • Develop and maintain brand assets, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
  • Collateral Project Management
    • Develop and produce key marketing materials, including supporter magazines, annual reports, and other collateral.
    • Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
    • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Asset Development
    • Develop and maintain a library of marketing assets, including images, videos, and other multimedia content.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop new marketing opportunities.
    • Manage the development and distribution of marketing materials, including print and digital assets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a not-for-profit or research organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and software.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
