Job Title: Product Manager - Woven Tops

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our buying team in the Woven Tops department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing commercial products that meet seasonal trends and direction, ensuring revenue and gross profit targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and execute the range from the ground up, ensuring alignment with brand targets.
  2. Manage the garment development process, including fabric, trims, blocks, colour, and washes selection.
  3. Develop buying plans that engage our customers and drive sales.
  4. Benchmark competitors to optimize product range and stay ahead of the market.
  5. Research trends, product innovation, and competitors to inform product decisions.
  6. Negotiate with suppliers to deliver value for money, quality products that meet margin targets.
  7. Liaise with direct suppliers across multiple countries to ensure smooth product development.
  8. Manage the critical path and production plan to ensure timely product delivery.
  9. Achieve budgeted sales and margin through continuous review of performance, market opportunities, and product trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven buying and product development experience in women's wear.
  • Experience in woven and knitwear categories is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing production and critical path.
  • Ability to work with open costing models and attention to detail.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities and critical path management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Confidence in understanding budgets and margin calculations.
