We are seeking a Product Manager Specialist to join our high-performing Womenswear team at Just Jeans. This role will support the Product Manager across all aspects of buyership, focusing on understanding the brand target market and assisting with the design and selection of commercial products consistent with seasonal trends and brand direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior buying managers to develop and execute seasonal ranges from inception to launch.
  • Manage garment development processes, including fabric, trims, block colours, and prints selection.
  • Develop buying plans that engage customers and meet sales targets.
  • Benchmark competitors to optimize product ranges.
  • Research trends, product innovation, and competitors' strategies.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure value-for-money, quality products meeting margin targets.
  • Liaise with direct suppliers across multiple countries.
  • Manage critical production paths and timelines.
  • Achieve budgeted sales and margins through continuous performance reviews, market analysis, and trend assessment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in buying and product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage production and critical paths.
  • Experience dealing with direct vendors across various geographies.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in understanding budgets and margin calculations.
  • Adaptable approach with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
  • Adobe Illustrator proficiency.
