The VM Production Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the visual merchandising production team, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of all visual merchandising projects.
About the Role- This key leadership position involves managing a team of VM Production Managers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving the production process from design concept to in-store implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the VM Production Managers to understand overall production plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the day-to-day production activities of the team, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Manage and coordinate vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials (including digital assets) and adherence to agreed-upon specifications.
- Monitor production progress and identify potential challenges or delays, proactively developing solutions and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the VM Production Managers to manage and optimize production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining workflows.
- Lead, motivate, and develop VM Production Managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and individual growth.
