Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to business systems, as well as providing day-to-day support to users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new employees and manage terminations and transfers for system access
  • Manage allocations and perform bi-annual user access audits
  • Maintain masterfiles and perform updates of client booking data
  • Troubleshoot SAP posting issues and Web RDS issues

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in business systems or customer support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
