The Opportunity:

As a Business Systems Specialist, you will work closely with our global team to design and implement a new HR system in the Asia-Pacific region.

With hands-on experience in HR processes and workflows, you will be responsible for translating local requirements into a best-in-class HR system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design team in ensuring local APAC HR requirements are incorporated into the new HRIS system.
  • Deploy a new self-service tool and end-to-end process for employees in APAC.
  • Prepare data and testing resources for the new system.
  • Review and provide feedback on design requirements and configuration to ensure the system meets local needs.
  • Assist in developing training materials and support change management activities.
  • Act as a point of contact and champion for the project, managing stakeholders and implementing the change management strategy.
