Job Title: Business Systems Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned ERP systems professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support of incidents and service requests, resolving system issues and bugs, documenting and evaluating existing processes, collaborating with internal and external teams to investigate problems and recommend solutions, managing and executing testing and support for UAT, and presenting recommendations and system improvements to stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support of incidents and service requests adhering to set standards.
  • Resolve system issues and bugs efficiently.
  • Evaluate and document existing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with teams to investigate problems and recommend solutions.
  • Manage and execute testing and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Present recommendations and system improvements to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in application support with developing and supporting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including Yardi, JDEdwards, MS Dynamics, Oracle EBS, and SAP.
  • Familiarity with Accounting/Finance ledgers and finance systems.
