Premium Customer Service Executive

As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in promoting our company's properties through phone calls to enhance member involvement and boost engagement.

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing members to provide updates on their membership status and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate details of upcoming events and promotions.
  • Address member inquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly call targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current SELS casino license.
  • Proven experience in outbound communications or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous hotel, hospitality experience preferable.
