Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contacts and lists, providing support and education to other teams.
  • Create and coordinate surveys for member touchpoints.
  • Coordinate member sessions and calendars.
  • Multilateral member communications.
  • Serve as a key conduit for member consultation processes with internal stakeholders.
  • Ongoing process improvement, member impact analysis, and required reporting.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in member engagement or business administration roles.
  • Broad knowledge of payments technology or financial industry sectors.
  • Experience managing contact and list databases.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills for stakeholder insights.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external members.
  • Tailoring messages across multiple channels for diverse groups.
  • Scheduling, planning, and logistics for member sessions, meetings, or workshops.
  • Managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
