Your New Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Member Operations Group and support the delivery of strategic projects across the Fund. As a business analyst, you will be responsible for solving problems for stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing artifacts to ensure successful implementation of new software, digital products, or business process changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports the successful delivery of defined project objectives.
  • Understands and documents the current and future states of relevant business processes.
  • Documents, manages, prioritizes, and validates functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Identifies and engages stakeholders up to executive level and uses stakeholder management methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Preferred 5 years plus of business analysis experience, ideally within Superannuation.
  • Previous experience in various project environments and methodologies.
  • An ability to consistently write high-quality requirements and user stories.
  • Extensive experience in developing, organizing, prioritizing, verifying, and validating requirements.
  • Excellent people skills and a collaborative approach to work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
