About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Traralgon. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and thrive in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to customers with daily tasks and goals in their home
  • Work collaboratively with a team of specialists to create meaningful opportunities for customers to belong and thrive
  • Communicate effectively with customers, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
