Scope (Aust) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Traralgon. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and thrive in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in their homes, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Assist with daily tasks and goals, ensuring a high level of care and support.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support and care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
- Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights
- International Police Check if applicable
