- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and household duties
- Transport clients to their chosen activities, appointments, and social events
- Promote personal choice and control for our clients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives
- Administer medication and provide support with medical needs
- A passion for working with people with disabilities and a commitment to supporting their independence
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and adapt to changing circumstances
- Willingness to learn new skills and undertake ongoing training to enhance your practice
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and unrestricted Australian Driver's License
