Fleet and Facilities Operations Manager

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations of our fleet and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent supervisory skills, be able to manage resources effectively, and foster a culture of open communication.
Fleet Management">- Coordinate and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance.
- Develop and maintain effective operational policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff to ensure efficient facility operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to prevent equipment downtime.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the team.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in coordinating and managing fleet activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the needs and cultural considerations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is an asset.
