Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services to organisational customers
  • Identify workplace issues and communicate these confidently with organisational customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell EAP services to organisational customers
  • Record clinical notes when appropriate while engaging with organisational customers and individual clients

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Psychology with current registration
  • Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training, and development
  • Proactive and engaging with organisational customers
