Our management team is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to fill the role of Rooms Division Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining a high level of service culture within the Front Office, Maintenance, and Housekeeping departments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving financial targets, as well as experience in coaching and developing teams, recruitment, and performance management. Additionally, they will possess strong organizational, time management, and computer literacy skills, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Key responsibilities of the Rooms Division Manager role include:

  • Developing and implementing revenue initiatives to drive business growth
  • Maintaining a high level of service culture and engagement within the Front Office, Maintenance, and Housekeeping departments
  • Managing the Housekeeping department to ensure services are delivered to the highest standards and meet guest expectations
  • Overseeing the administration of property management systems (PMS), guest accounts, accounts receivable (AR), and guest ledger
  • Ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures
