As a seasoned Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our change and adoption team in Newcastle. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile projects with a collaborative and proactive approach to change and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify change impacts and develop effective change plans and strategies
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and communicate across various levels and customer groups
  • Validate, coordinate, and deliver training and knowledge content
  • Contribute to business readiness assessments for seamless transition and adoption

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a Change Analyst role and exposure to formal change management methodologies (Prosci preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills and expertise in producing clear and concise change documentation and reports
  • Natural ability to engage and build strong relationships with diverse audiences
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing needs
