Installation Specialist Role

This position oversees the planning, implementation, and delivery of Sy-Klone product installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project ownership from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, assessing resources, timelines, and potential challenges.
  • Lead project delivery teams, coordinate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle and address technical challenges.
  • Assist customers with technical queries, troubleshooting, and product optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure product functionality aligns with specifications and meet quality standards through testing and inspection.

The Installation Specialist will lead creation and submittal of technical documentation, assist in customer training, manage projects with reporting, oversee system design with drafting, provide planning consultation, lead installation and troubleshooting field operations, coordinate with sales, and act as lead engineer for product delivery and support.
