Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Director of Talent Infrastructure to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end talent infrastructure solutions that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent infrastructure strategies that align with our business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end talent solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize talent needs
- Design and implement metrics to measure talent infrastructure effectiveness
- Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to support talent infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Chief of Staff, or related HR roles supporting Talent organizations
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives in a global, distributed-first environment
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end talent infrastructure solutions
- Experience managing multiple complex projects and ensuring execution excellence
- Experience being a strategic partner to an internal leadership team
- Experience defining KPIs and using data to guide decisions and improvements
- Experience building trusted and productive relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Experience creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience building knowledge management systems
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools
- Experience in contract and budget management
Compensation
At Work180, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn, we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $201,700 - $269,000
Zone B: $181,600 - $242,100
Zone C: $167,500 - $223,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
