Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Director, Talent Acquisition Leader. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the recruitment process
