About Our Client

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 3 IT staff, providing support to over 300 employees
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies, making informed suggestions for improvement
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, providing guidance and support
  • Develop and implement security protocols to protect company data and assets
  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and implement measures to mitigate risks
  • Provide regular reports to the Head of Sales and Directors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices
  • Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and data protection
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in real estate or property investment industries is a plus
