Program Facilitator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Program Facilitator to lead one of our 20-week group programs.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience as an Educator or in teaching, with a strong background in program design and delivery.
  • They will be able to adapt content and communication to different learning styles, and possess excellent digital skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva.

As a Program Facilitator, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to co-design and deliver programs that promote independence, confidence, and real-world skill development.

You will be responsible for planning and structuring programs around clear participant goals and learning outcomes, creating engaging and inclusive sessions, and tracking participant progress using the organization's systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design & Preparation: Plan and structure a 20-week program around clear participant goals and learning outcomes;
  • Program Delivery: Deliver high-quality, motivating sessions that promote independence, confidence, and real-world skill development;
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the Program Assistant(s); collaborate with other facilitators and the Program Manager to deliver high-impact programs;
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track participant progress using the organization's systems; provide feedback to participants and families;

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Educator or teaching experience is essential;
  • Background in Education or experience as a Program Facilitator;
  • Strong digital and planning skills – confident using Google Workspace, Canva, and AI;
  • Ability to adapt content and communication to different learning styles;
  • Participant-focused mindset that is empathetic, inclusive, and empowering;
