Community Integration Specialist

As a Residential Centre Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to reintegrate into the community. This casual position involves working with individuals to develop living skills required for independent living.
You will be responsible for mentoring and assisting residents to achieve their goals, as well as maintaining accurate records of their progress. Additionally, you will transport residents to external venues and resolve critical situations related to their health and wellbeing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and motivational skills are essential for this role.
- A current driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle as part of the role are also required.
- First aid certification or a willingness to obtain it within three months is necessary.
