Job Title

The Residential Centre Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting residents to successfully reintegrate into their community at the Miruma Diversionary Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement key accountabilities and focus capabilities as outlined in the Casual Residential Centre Assistant job description.
  • Maintain individual case plans and ensure accurate records for residents.
  • Facilitate transportation of residents to and from external venues.
  • Resolve critical situations related to the health and wellbeing of residents.
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of a current Driver's Licence.
  • Holding a current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one within 3 months of commencing employment.
