We are seeking a seasoned leader to guide our team of specialists who support customers across various channels. The successful candidate will be at the helm of our hardship function, driving strategic uplift programs and shaping how we deliver support to customers experiencing financial difficulty.

- This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on people development and customer outcomes.
- You will work closely with senior stakeholders, influence at GM level and above, and champion a culture of excellence, accountability and care.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in operational management, with a strong background in change management and coaching other leaders.
