Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Store Operations Leader to lead a high-volume store on the Sunshine Coast. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective merchandising, stock management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-volume store with up to 10 employees, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth through merchandising, stock management, and customer engagement
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards and store presentation, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Mentor and develop store staff to achieve targets, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Collaborate with senior management to uphold brand standards and implement company initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager in high-volume retail, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving common goals and objectives
