About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Learning Leader to join our leadership team and lead the curriculum area of Health and Physical Education in line with departmental initiatives.

  • Develop and articulate a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students, leading the relevant curriculum area/whole school program to deliver excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life, fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and empathy among students, staff, and the broader community.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance, driving achievement and progress across all areas of health and physical education.
  • Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups to promote collaborative working and enhance student outcomes.
  • Manage human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources effectively to achieve goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
