Requirements:
  • A continuous improvement approach to problem-solving and process design
  • Are a confident communicator and presenter, comfortable working with community groups and committees
  • Have experience managing client or stakeholder relationships in complex environments
  • Can navigate sensitive or confidential discussions with empathy and professionalism
  • Have strong organizational skills and a detail-focused approach
  • Are based in Perth and available to travel locally for client meetings as required
