About The Role

This is an impactful opportunity to support the Gifts in Wills team drive strong relationships and engagement with valuable supporters through both relationship and marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Gifts in Wills and Mid value relationship specialists to deliver exceptional acquisition and stewardship activity, ensuring donors receive timely and relevant communication.
  • Manage inbound supporter enquiries and execute outbound correspondence in a timely manner, maintaining data integrity and accurate record keeping.
  • Coordinate activities to report back to donors on the outcomes of their gifts, including thank you activity such as phone calls and handwritten notes, showcasing appreciation for their contributions.
  • Ensure data quality within the CRM and with suppliers, fostering collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and team members, and external suppliers.
  • Assist in the execution and delivery of the mass-market stewardship journey, leveraging donor insights to inform all activities.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks where necessary and required, exercising initiative to identify new opportunities to surprise and delight special supporters.
Requirements
  • A minimum 1-2 years' experience in fundraising or a related field, preferably with a focus on donor engagement.
  • Intermediate - Advanced skills with MS Excel and Microsoft reporting tools such as Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong eye for detail, with a mature attitude and high ethical standards in dealing with sensitive financial and confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated success managing suppliers and a diverse range of stakeholders, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team, fostering a supportive and inclusive culture.
What We Offer

An estimated salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the importance of this position in driving strong relationships and engagement with valuable supporters.
