At TwoScots Recruitment, we are partnering with an exciting and highly regarded organisation to find a skilled Payroll Officer who will be responsible for processing complex end-to-end payroll while providing exceptional customer service to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing detailed payroll calculations, including leaves, long service, maternity and parental leave.
  • Interpreting complex Employment Benefits Agreements (EBAs) and Awards.
  • Providing high-quality support to employees through excellent communication skills.
  • Managing terminations, redundancies, and payroll queries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performing end-to-end payroll, preferably with a high-volume workload.
  • A strong understanding of EBAs and Awards is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
