The role of Territory Manager is crucial in championing innovative solutions that improve healthcare outcomes and reduce healthcare-associated infections.
This strategic position involves developing and executing a territory sales plan to exceed targets, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Our product portfolio includes cutting-edge solutions for infection prevention and pressure injury prevention. As a Territory Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering product demos, educational sessions, and training programs to healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills to engage and inspire diverse audiences, a strategic mindset with strong business acumen and market analysis skills, and proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to drive growth and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Nurse-Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Deliver product demos, educational sessions, and training programs to healthcare professionals
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support
Requirements:
- Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and market analysis skills
- Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in health, business or related field (preferred)
