We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the territory and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including infection preventionists, nurses, and other medical staff.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
- Product Awareness: Drive product awareness and education on the benefits of disposable consumables for infection and injury prevention, delivering training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Customer Support: Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and care at every step.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in medical devices or hospital consumables.
- Territory Management: Experienced Territory Managers from pharmaceuticals or other industries with a strong interest in healthcare are welcome to apply.
- Clinical Background: A clinical background (nursing, allied health, biomedical sciences) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to effectively convey the benefits of infection and injury prevention consumables.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic, results-driven, with the ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
