We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote innovative healthcare products that improve patient outcomes.

  • Drive sales growth across Melbourne's South-Eastern suburbs through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, utilizing consultative approach and product knowledge.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current with product information and disease states, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clinicians and patients, to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, providing solutions that benefit both the company and clients.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in Science, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience in GP Sales, Diabetes, or new product launches, demonstrating ability to succeed in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong B2B sales background with a consultative approach, leveraging skills to build trust and drive sales growth.
  • Familiarity with the Melbourne region, with ability to travel as needed to meet sales targets.
